Robert Bobb is Chairman of Cardinal
Growth, L.P. a private investment company, headquartered in Chicago, with over
$100 million in investable capital. Cardinal invests in a wide variety of
middle market private companies and has yield for its investors an audited
internal rate of return over 20%. In addition, co-investors in Cardinal Growth deals have achieved IRR's in excess of 40%.

| Robert Aguallo Jr. recently joined Cardinal Americas as Managing Partner responsible for full operating and investing activities of the Fund. Aguallo, who is the former General Manager of the Los Angeles City Employees Retirement System (LACERS), successfully managed $12 billion in trust assets for 5 years. Aguallo holds over 20 years of prior fund investment experience as Chief Operating Officer for Investment Operations at the largest public pension fund in the nation, California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) for 15 years, as a Board Director on the California Association of Public Retirement Systems (CALAPRS), and as General Manager for five years of LACERS. |

Mr. McInerney has over 20 years of private equity experience and currently holds the position of CEO of Cardinal Growth, a private equity firm he founded with Mr. Robert Bobb in 1999. He has been a successful private equity investor and owner/operator of businesses. It is estimated that Mr. McInerney has been involved in financing transactions of all types totaling in excess of $1.0 billion Mr. McInerney and Mr. Bobb have been business partners and been investors in multiple transactions since 1993. Joe is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Genaro Trejo has built an extensive resume structuring financial transactions and working with small to mid-size businesses. Mr. Trejo has worked with Cardinal Growth since its inception in 1999 and is currently a portfolio partner. He has provided consulting services for several domestic and international investors throughout his career. Genaro holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Masters in Public Policy specializing in Finance and Public Finance from the University of Chicago where he was a Dean's Fellow.

Lisa Stavro, a 20 year veteran of structuring and negotiating complex financing transactions, has joined the Cardinal Americas Fund as a Principal. Stavro brings seasoned private equity deal experience to Cardinal Americas, and will be involved in sourcing, structuring, and arranging financing for the Fund's investment opportunities. She has a track record as a private equity principal and leveraged finance lender, having completed 50 middle market company financings valued at over $1.8 billion. She has previously worked at GE Corporate Finance, private equity firm Unique Investment Corporation, and as Senior Vice President and Manager for Bank of America's Leveraged Finance Group. Stavro holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Masters in Business Administration specializing in Finance from Boston University where she graduated with Honors.

| For 5 years, Mr. Pla has been a successful owner/operator and management consultant to several businesses. Along with his personal ventures Mr. Pla has been active in a variety of roles for Cordoba Corporation ranging from business development, operations, financial and strategic development activities. Along with his experiences in the private sector Mr. Pla worked on public policy initiatives while at the California Governor’s Office in Sacramento. Vincent holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in Finance and is a candidate for a M.A. in Theology from Biola University and the Talbot School of Theology. |
